2015 Mission Trip

In 2015, LTC built a home for Jose Acosta and his family. This was the third house Casas Por Cristo built in the Dominican Republic, and first home built in Moca, DR. This took a huge leap of faith by Jose to tear down his existing home in hopes that a group of American's would show up to build him a new home.

Jose was a member of the local church prior to the mission trip; however, his family was not. Now 3 years later, his whole family are members of the church and his wife was recently baptized!

The first LTC team consisted of fifteen (15) team members; eight male and seven female; eleven adults and four youth.

2016 Mission Trip

In 2016, LTC built a home for Miguel, Adrienna and their daughter Addy.

The team consisted of eighteen (18) team members from three different churches. The churches included LTC, Woodbine Baptist Church in Florida and Apex Community Church in Dayton, Ohio.

2017 Mission Trip

In 2017, LTC built two homes in the Dominican Republic. Both builds were completed in the same week. The first home was built for Nelson Lizardo and Miguelina Hernandez in Moca, DR with Pastor Danny. The other home was built for Juan Bautista and Natividad Maria Bencosme Arias in Moca, DR with Pastor Adolfo.

The team consisted of thirty (30) team members from five different churches and four different states. The churches included LTC and Woodbine Baptist Church in Florida, Cedar Lake Christian Assembly in Mississippi,  Apex Community Church in Dayton, Ohio and Zootown Church from Misoula, Montana.

2018 March Mission Trip

In March 2018, LTC built a home for Maria Luperon and her family. A total of six (6) people are living in the new home.

The team consisted of twenty (20) team members from two different churches: LTC and Woodbine Baptist Church.

Maria is a member of the local church; however, her children and grandchildren do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Continue to pray that her family will surrender their lives to Christ and serve Him in the community of Moca.
